Requirement Communication

Customers contact suppliers such as Geer Cold Chain and elaborate on the intended use of the cold storage (such as fresh produce refrigeration, pharmaceutical storage, industrial freezing, etc.), its scale (area, volume), expected temperature range, usage frequency, and other requirements. Based on this, the supplier makes a preliminary assessment of the customer's needs and provides initial model - selection suggestions and solutions.

The supplier dispatches professionals to the cold storage installation site for inspection. They measure the site dimensions, examine the building structure, and understand the infrastructure conditions such as water and electricity supply and ventilation to provide accurate information for subsequent design and installation.

According to the customer's requirements and the results of the site survey, a customized cold storage unit plan is designed. This includes selecting the appropriate compressor type (such as screw, piston), condenser type (air - cooled, water - cooled, evaporative), and air cooler model, etc., and determining key parameters of the unit such as refrigeration capacity, refrigerant type, and cooling method. Meanwhile, the layout of the refrigeration system is designed, taking into account details such as pipeline routing and equipment installation location to ensure the efficient operation and easy maintenance of the system.

The designed scheme is presented to the customer, and its advantages and features are explained in detail to answer the customer's questions. The customer evaluates the scheme, and if there are any modification suggestions, they communicate with the supplier in a timely manner. Both parties negotiate and adjust until the customer confirms the scheme.

After the scheme is confirmed, the supplier starts production according to the customized requirements. After production, comprehensive quality inspections are carried out, including performance tests and safety checks, to ensure that the unit meets the design requirements.

The unit is installed on - site at the cold storage. Professional technicians operate in accordance with the design plan to ensure the installation quality. After installation, the unit is commissioned, and various parameters are adjusted to bring the unit to its optimal operating state.
